GPM on air operated pumps vary depending on the air supply pressure the pump is regulated at. Also the viscosity of the oil being pumped and the ID of hose and length of hose on the oil reel the product is being pushed through.  Example: 40 psi may pump 5 GPM, 90 psi may pump 15 GPM.  Increasing the pressure increases the flow.
