 Adapter Pad For Rotary Style "Flip-Up" Adapters

This height extension adapter has a 4" X 5" rectangular top formed from heavy steel plate, with a replaceable rubber pad so it can be repaired if worn down for half the cost of replacing the whole unit.  Adapter has a 5/8 pin welded to the bottom to secure it in place on the Rotary flip-up adapter.  These are designed for Rotary style flip-up adapters only.  Intended more as a protective rubber pad assembly to protect under coating rather than a height extension. 

Adds about 7/8 to adapter height.
